We’ve seen the engagement, the wedding now time for a little session I had the day after with the awesome Jen & Sam:)  I guess this would be considered a Day After and Trash the Dress combo.  Her dress did get a bit wet but no harm done, all clean and put away forever, right Jen, LOL!  It’s been one heck of a summer for my family and I… The Marley song in the slideshow is one of my everyday prescriptions to myself:)  Thanks you to for everything and enjoy!

Hello, Amanda and I have been catching up on our PVR tonight… Lost, American Idol, Office… it’s the Bachelor right now so I’m outta here!  Time to blog:)

Shortly after the wedding day we headed out for a “day after” with the possibility of “trash the dress” session… We wanted to get out of the resort for a bit and check out the Dominican.  A cab driver (who spoke pretty good English) drove us around and even got out to tour us through the streets.  It was really crazy because only half of it felt like a shoot to all of us.  We were in the middle of the town on the streets for the first time and it was so interesting (and a little scary:))  People who have been, know what to be scared of… the traffic!  It is so baffling to me how there are no lights, no lines, no directions, no signs, no signals,  and 5 cars side by side on roads that should only fit 2.  And holy crap the motor bikes!  It seems like disaster to us at first… but they have much less accidents than we do, plus… they seem to have zero stress???  (the weather could be a factor, lol)  I look at that and wonder why traffic is so stressful here???? (I guess the weather could be a factor here as well:))  Anyways… it was so cool to get out and see the area!

Then it was back to the ocean to play in the water.  Jessie and Greg did awesome!… I however took more water than expected:)  As the shoot went on I think most of the friends and family on the trip gathered on the beach… it was a cool ending as the sun was setting.  There is nothing better in the world than a swim-up-bar so the party moved to the pool.  Everything was fun and I wish I could do this everyday!
