Dear Curtis,

Wow. Totally and completely wow.

You know that sort of lull you get after that wedding, when that sweet sorrow hits you that its all over? Months of planning, anticipation, what seemed like it took years to come has now been over for almost two weeks. In the midst of all of that fond sort of sadness I suddenly remembered that the day was not as over as it had seemed. That in fact it would live on forever in your beautiful photos. That’s when the hourly checking of your blog kicked in, the frantic logging on to the computer to see the resurrection of our beautiful day. And then one day it was there! The colors even brighter than I remembered, the smiles even bigger and more genuine than I ever could have recalled on my own. Now, we can relive our day whenever we want through your beautiful art, through your magical lens.

Thank you so much for being one of the absolute greatest parts of our day!

From the moment we found you I knew you were an excellent decision. And now that I’ve seen the unbelievable shots I’m only reassured of that more. You helped get us organized, you even lit up our dance floor for us so the guests could see our loving expressions! You were so much more than a photographer, and I think the only thing that stands out more than the vivid color in your photos is your charming personality and genuine interest in what you do.

I think, if nothing else, that is what sold us on you. And continues to do so. You’re an excellent guy first and foremost, and then a fantastic photographer. I can’t wait to get my hands on some hard copies! And the album…? Ugh! I’m just dying to get started!
