Mazel tov everyone!  Last weekend I had the pleasure of capturing Melissa & Ari’s wedding.  This was my first Jewish wedding… I was excited and it was so cool to be a part of!!!  I am a big fan of the “first look” before the ceremony and that is actually part of the Jewish wedding tradition (called The Bedecken).  This originated because back in the day a groom was presented with an already veiled bride and discovered after the ceremony that she was the wrong girl… too funny!!!  So Ari had to make sure he was marrying the right girl, lol!  We continued into the ceremony and then headed around town for some photo time.  There was so much talk of rain all day but it worked out perfect!  Thanks so much to the awesome Roberta who was married to Iggy back in June and came along this weekend to second shoot with me… such a pleasure!  And a huge thanks to the lovely Bride & Groom for making me a part of their important day… have an amazing trip!  Enjoy!

  • beautiful, you captured their love magnificently. And I love the colors she chose for the wedding, the black with the yellow flowers against it, so pretty!
